The house, located at West 2nd Avenue, was boarded up, and the owner was given a court date of June 1.
District Attorney Russell Johnson officially declared the residence a nuisance property for acts of prostitution and drug use.
Police said that during the past several months, the Lenkir was being monitored by law enforcement. During that time, police said multiple overdose calls and stabbings were reported at the residence.
At one point, a juvenile was removed from the house. When police arrived at the house on Thursday, CCity person was found inside, but officials said that person would not be facing charges. The property was deemed uninhabitable because no utilities were hooked up to it.
Several cats, which police said were fine and healthy, were also found roaming the property.
